Job Title: 2nd Line Telecoms Support Engineer
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: Circa £45,000 + excellent benefits and superb working environment
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Working Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday + some on call

The Role:
Join a multidisciplinary team as 2nd line support. This roll is varied, mixing support and project work, supporting the company's own 10,000 port IVR payments platform, telecoms infrastructure and backend servers used by a multitude of UK and international blue-chip clients, based in two UK data centres.
Gain exposure to a cloud native DevOps culture as they build out their next generation backend platform. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Linux and/or SBCs and 60% of the other skills listed. Training will be provided for missing skills.
