An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Reapit Service team in the role of 3rd Line Product Analyst. Reapit’s Product Analysts are a multi-disciplinary team of client facing application, process and technical specialists who collectively offer advanced technical advice on Reapit’s platform and products.

Acknowledged for their advanced skills in product, process and procedure, our Product Analysts are expected to have technical knowledge and skills in C#, ASP.Net Core, SQL, and advanced trouble shooting and problem solving skills associated with the infrastructure of Reapit products.

A good grasp of programming techniques is essential to this role as it works closely with our Product Owners to provide support insight into our roadmap of products and services and identify continuous service and customer satisfaction improvements and efficiencies.

Within the wider business, the team also works with Sales, Professional Services, Training, Customer Success and the Service Desk teams to ensure they are supported through knowledge transfer, confluence articles and the reduction of the underlying cause of repeat queries.

Key responsibilities include the provision of guidance on all aspects of Reapit’s platform and products (desktop, mobile and online), root cause investigation and analysis, post incident review, error reporting and general customer request support and advice.

The 3rd Line team is largely based in Leeds, but we are happy to also consider Solihull or London as an office location.
