Are you an experienced Facilities Management professional with excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills? Are you an FM account manager or perhaps a highly experienced Facilities Manager ready for the next step up? We would like to hear from you!

We are looking for a commercially minded, innovative and highly capable FM Account Manager with excellent understanding of P&L account management to join the team looking after accounts in London area.

We offer a salary of £50,000 - £56,000 dependent of experience, a bonus, flexible benefits and excellent progression and development opportunities within Sodexo.



Main Responsibilities
 
  • Maximise the profitability of the contracts within area of responsibility and deliver the required results
 
  • Lead, develop, manage and motivate a high performing team to the agreed standards ensuring that the client receives services of the highest quality
 
  • Support the Account and Divisional Director in the development of business strategy in line with current and emerging client needs
 
  • Lead and maintain account development plans, as well as supporting the change management process and associated Service Levels Agreements (SLAs) ensuring risks are mitigated
 
  • Support the business development and regional management teams in identifying opportunities to maximise profit and growth
 
  • Manage the services and teams to the agreed standards
 
  • Ensure that business deadlines and targets are hit
 
  • Lead the team and take responsibility when needed, act with initiative, demonstrate energy and enthusiasm
 
The Ideal Candidate
Essential

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to devise and manage P&L accounts
  • Good negotiation skills at a senior level
  • Proven track record in operational management in a similar environment
  • People management experience within a diverse geographic and business environment
  • Ability to interpret and utilise financial and commercial information
  • Excellent people skills &communication skills
  • Achieve set, standards and operate to performance criteria; for example, health and safety, hygiene
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment
  • Experience of implementing processes and service standards
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of working with multiple systems and platforms, for example, SharePoint and full Microsoft suite
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to take a flexible approach to workload and prioritisation
Desirable

  • IOSH managing safely qualification
  • Food Safety Level 2
