Position
With a very friendly and multi-national environment we are looking for new people to join our Accounts Department as Accounts Payable. Working mainly with High-end stone & marble projects, we are looking for a responsible professional that is not afraid of challenges. Knowing the stone industry is a plus, however, it is not required, we are happy to introduce our world to you. This is a London-based position and interviews will be carried out in person at our office in central London.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, proactive, and organised team player with a sense of humour and with ambition to grow. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and commit to successfully deliver against deadlines. The new employee will be helping on suppliers’ payments and approval process, the responsibilities and primarily objectives are listed below.
Specific responsibilities of the job
Suppliers accounting and Management
- Suppliers invoices posting and monitoring
- Proforma table monitoring
- Corporate Card Audit & Posting
- Prepare weekly payment table for Management review
- Check invoice approval before payment
- Prepare weekly/urgent payment run for review
- Suppliers payments posting
Other EDM London transverse responsibilities
- Monthly Material stock reporting and update
- Fixed Asset invoices posting and Audit
- HMRC Monthly declaration (CIS +Intrastat)
- Audit Management & Organisation
- Monthly Expenses Claims posting and analyse
- Monthly Expense claim processing for validation
- Monthly Timesheet Posting
- Distribution of Monthly Analytics and Proforma table
- Analytics Corrections following CCO reviews with PM
Objectives
- Supplier Accounting Management
- Archiving Management
- VAT quarterly declaration
- Weekly cash report preparation and submission

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Available immediately
- Qualification
o Min. 3 years experience in accounting
- Language requirements
o English Advanced Level
- Driven, hard-working, dedicated, detail-oriented, flexible, ability to deliver quality under pressure and short deadlines, work well within a team
Package
- Full time permanent contract, office-based, 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
