Morgan McKinley are pleased to be currently working with a well known business based in Bristol who are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their growing team.

Morgan McKinley is pleased to be supporting our Bristol based client. They are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their growing transactional finance team. This is a hybrid role with 2 days maximum in the office after onboarding.

This is Accounts Receivable Clerk role offers growth and succession planning for the right candidate. You will work closely with the Accounts teams and internal and external stakeholders and report into the Accounts Receivable Manager.

The Accounts Receivable role includes but not limited to, (and most certainly welcomes the employee to grow the position further):

• Issuing invoices
• Post and allocate cash, BACs and card payments
• Maintain cash forecasting and cash allocation
• Raise direct debits
• Provide customers with payment plans
• Recharges and account reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Raise direct debits

As the ideal Candidate you must have previous accounts receivable experience. On top of this you need to have a strong work ethic, with a attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in your work. You will be joining a high performing team so the ability to work both within a team but also autonomously is crucial. You will be dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, confident oral communication and strong written communication skills are vital.
