We have an exciting opportunity available for an Analytics Manager to join our team. This role can be home-based or based at our state-of-the-art HQ in Southampton. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £45,951 - £51,357 per annum.

About the role:


As our Analytics Manager, you will work within the Consumer Team focused on one of our flagship products, OS Maps. This role will focus on analysing our current and past data and putting it into a format that can be read and understood easily by the wider team while also looking at potential future trends in order to provide guidance and advice on how we can better commercialise our product offering.


Responsibilities of our Analytics Manager will include:


- Leading and shaping analytics for OS Maps


- Building key stakeholder relationships – appreciating their challenges and proposing analytical solutions that will help them to deliver against our strategy


- Identifying and leading on data & analytic projects to provide recommendations that will address key business questions


- Creating and utilising the tools required to produce predictive analytics and analysis


- Developing knowledge around our competitor marketplace and proposing opportunities for OS Maps to increase our market share


- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of OS Map Data Dashboards as well as any internal or external reporting requirements


- Continuing to develop and enhancing our reporting on an ongoing basis, proposing opportunities to improve our data management, data visualisation, refine key metrics, etc

- The ability to work through complex issues & be self-reliant to find solutions when challenges occur


- Exceptional analytical and numerical skills with a data-driven approach


- Demonstrable curiosity and thought leadership to challenge and incorporate best practice


- Strong influencing skills and the capability to build relationships across different cultures virtually
