Requirements

The successful candidate for the Arrears Executive position will ideally have the following skills:

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Recent and proven experience within collections
Recent and proven experience in a contact centre environment
Ability to work to targets in a busy environment
