The University of Bradford has a rich heritage of providing outstanding health and social care education across a wide range of professions at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. We excel at producing students who are capable and adaptable to meet the workforce needs of the NHS and social care sectors.

This is an exciting time to join us in the Faculty of Health Studies in a new role designed to drive innovation and growth in the use of digital technologies, including simulation and immersive technologies. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic individual to work with colleagues across multiple disciplines to support the creative design, delivery and evaluation of curricula and associated research that embed technological and educational innovations in theory and placement learning experiences.

Are you the right candidate for this role?

• Do you have the dynamism to motivate and unlock the skills and expertise of different staff, different disciplines and our Service User and Carer community to bring together existing technological innovations and identify opportunities to help design and implement simulation and immersive technology-based interventions?

• Do you have the leadership and communication skills to bring colleagues together to design, implement and evaluate a Faculty wide strategy to embed digital technologies?

• Do you have the skills to research and evaluate any interventions, and to optimise access and use of resources?

• Do you have the passion needed to place students, and an outstanding education experience, at the centre of everything we do?

You will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and experience directly with our students, delivering clinical and theoretical teaching, learning and assessment across our undergraduate and post graduate programmes, you will also be involved in student support and curricula development.
