Purpose of the role: Your role as an BPM & RPA Consultant will be to work in partnership with our customers, advising them how to best use their automation platforms in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems. You will supervise the build and deploy enterprise-grade business process applications.
Key responsibilities: • Work with clients to gather and refine business requirements in order to write user stories based on best practice and experience • Create business process analysis artefacts, including use cases, user stories, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, process flows and mock-ups. • Support customers with design, development, maintenance related queries and issues • Plan project execution in terms of sprints/iterations, allocation of resources and scope • Help to drive project decisions, escalations, prioritizations as needed to achieve program goals and objectives • Help to coordinate project dependencies such as tasks, timelines and risks • Work on multiple projects simultaneously • Participate in creating test cases as well as provide assistance in UAT efforts • Contribute to a library of internal and customer-facing technical content • To ensure where possible, or highlight where not, that AMO fulfils its contractual obligations to its contracted services customers • To maintain a level of technological competence that remains current and fit-for-purpose, highlighting any training needs to the management team where appropriate • To collaborate with other team members in Operations, and throughout AMO to share information to enhance the overall knowledge and service offering to deliver ‘best-in-class’ service levels to all customers • To support a culture where ‘the customer’, service excellence, continuous improvement, ‘best-in-class’ and adherence to company policy, best practice and procedures, is the de facto way in which we conduct our business. • Such additional tasks or projects as may be required by the management team, in support of the Company’s commercial objectives from time to time.
Required Experience: • The candidate will have experience with K2 Blackpearl / K2 Cloud / K2 Five • The candidate will have 3-5 years of programming experience • Proven software project experience (Scrum or other Agile experience required) • In-depth understanding of workflow systems and their application to business process improvement • Experience implementing RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, BluePrism) would be preferred • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization • Ability to write user stories, requirement documents, functional specifications, test cases and technical reports and procedures • Ability to make formal and informal presentations to technical and non-technical staff • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals • Must be able to work independently or as a part of a team and be self-motivated • Ability to work occasionally on non-standard business hours to accommodate business needs • Must be willing to travel, occasionally (European wide) • Must demonstrate a high degree of personal and professional integrity
