We are working with a client who is well established within the surveying sector who assist with care, education, retail, hospitality, medical and commercial properties. They are seeking MRICS qualified Building Surveyors with a passion for the sector and the fields of work that they specialise in.

If you would like to work in a team of likeminded professionals and have commercial acquisition surveying and report writing skills, we would be keen to hear from you, especially if that experience is in the Leisure, Care or Country House markets. our client also undertakes Development Monitoring, Dilapidations, Reinstatement Cost Assessment, Design, CA and PM appointments.

Skill set or experience:

  • MRICS Building Surveyor, good all round Consultancy experience.

  • Project Monitoring experience for Lending Institutions and/or Investment Funds.

  • 2+ years PQE experience.

Ideally you will be working within a 50 mile radius of Milton Keynes.

Salary is dependant upon experience, plus bonus scheme

There is a company car or car allowance included in the package.

This is an autonomous role, client facing and developing.

There is career progression guaranteed for the right commercially minded, business development orientated candidate.
