Business Development Manager FX (Foreign Exchange) – South East - Homeworker – £50-70K - Car or Allowance & Commission  

Your new company is hiring someone to be an FX Business Development Manager. That company is Bibby Financial Services, and that someone is you!

You’ll be a hunter and gatherer! Someone who’s going to go out and be pro-active to win business, not wait for it to come to you! Where’s the fun in that? You’re excited by the chase, and why wouldn’t you be… The satisfaction of completing a sell is just as good as the financial compensation right?

You won’t be joining a big funder and covering a small patch, you will have a large, unrestricted area that you will have complete autonomy over. You therefore have an opportunity to make this position your own, with a full remit to cover the whole of the South East. So as you and the company grow, so does the opportunity to increase your level of own personal income.

You will proactively find your own leads, but there is also a calling team, so warm leads will be given to you. You’ll therefore need some industry experience. You don’t need to know foreign exchange back to front and front to back, but without an awareness of how the industry is put together and experience of selling FX from business to business, you’ll struggle to find the gaps in the market.

You’ll also be a home starter. This means that your base is from home, but you’ll be out and about visiting prospects, internal and external customers probably around 50% of the time. You’ll be able to do this, all in the comfort of your company car.
