We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our life-saving charity.

Business Intelligence Analyst
Location:
*Norwich / Hybrid working
Hours: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Annual Salary: £29,059 - £33,210 per annum

This role will sit within our CRM team to increase our capabilities for business intelligence and insight. The main scope of the role will be to gather requirements to create reports, dashboards and segmentation models within Power BI, that highlight performance indicators within the charity.

You will play a crucial role in embedding our strategy as well as a leading role in delivering BI and data projects. You will adopt a forward-thinking approach to take advantage of developments in data solutions and ensure that BI reporting is timely and accurate.

With experience of analysing complex data and working with multiple data sets, you will confidently present and interpret findings to colleagues and key stakeholders. A decisive and considered decision maker, you will have the ability to work independently to coordinate and lead projects from inception to completion.

*This role will be worked a minimum of 3 days a week from our Norwich office and up to 2 days a week from home. The exact days worked in the office will be agreed with the successful candidate, but you must live within a commutable distance of our Norwich office.
