About Us

Premium Credit (PCL) is one of the leading insurance premium finance companies in the UK and Ireland. We are currently looking for a Business Relationship Executive to join us in Leatherhead, working within our Specialist Lending (SL) team. SL deliver instalment solutions for professional firms (example accounts), education establishments (example independent schools) and leisure service providers (example golf clubs).

While our offices are based in Leatherhead, we are currently operating on a work from home basis.

The Role

As a Business Relationship Executive, you will be tasked with providing a proactive, professional and collaborative sales service to Specialist Lending (SL) Credit Broker Tax Producers.

The key aims of your role will be to directly contribute to the growth and reputation of our company, retain and grow numbers of existing lending Producers and identify new opportunities and areas of growth.

Specifically, you will

- Provide a telephone-based sales service to SL Credit Broker Tax Producers
- Build close working relationships and provide advice to businesses on instalment facilities
- Drive usage of PCL facilities
- Leverage existing relationships to encourage referrals to other suitable SL Producers
- Identify and manage renewals and manage all forthcoming renewals for Producer
- Ensure that Producers receive services and products designed to meet the needs of their business
- Provide training to Producers on how to use our online services
- Resolve all actions with Producers quickly and use as a platform for growth
- Maintain an agreed contact plan with outbound calls and emails to Producers

About You

To be considered as a Business Relationship Executive, you will need to:

- Be sales focused, with experience of developing and growing advances through regular sales focused communication and promotion of products, services, technology and people
- Have the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with attention to detail, low error rate and high quality standards
- Have the ability to use initiative, work under pressure and prioritise workload to achieve required deadlines
- Be a decision maker, taking ownership of problems through to resolution
- Be a self-starter who can work effectively as an individual or as part of a team with an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Have excellent customer communication skills – written and verbal
- Possess good operational and process understanding
- Have excellent IT skills with expertise in Microsoft, Excel and PowerPoint

Previous experience of developing and maintaining client relationships would be beneficial to your application.
