Care Home Business Support Manager to 35k

Excelcare are a family-owned care home provider operating 33 care homes in the South East. Limetree Care Home, Tulse Hill is our 92 bedded Residential, Nursing and Dementia Care Homes set out over 3 floors.

The main purpose of the role is to lead on all non-clinical aspects of the home, taking an active management role in ensuring the smooth operation of the units on a day-to-day basis. Working closely with the Home Manager and management team to develop a quality service that meets the registration, legislation, and operational requirements for us to deliver first class care to our residents.

You will need to have previous Team Leader, management or senior care experience within a care home setting and a qualification equivalent to Level 3 or Level 5 in health and social care.

You will be key in the development of cohesive and engaged staff which includes the ancillary teams i.e., Domestic, Laundry and Catering services to the Home.

Take responsibility for rota management, participating in the on-call rota, safeguarding investigations, referrals and CQC notifications.

Deputise for the Home Manager and Deputy Manager as required.
