Complete ownership of all financial and transactional aspects of the business
Implementing treasury management policy
Optimizing payments policies and auditing payments
Budgeting and periodical reviews
Manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposals and acquisitions, as appropriate
Supporting periodic filings to the FCA
Working with management on strategic M&A and other investment decisions
Implementing and optimizing revenue generating models
Managing loan positions
Manage company cashflow internationally
Compiling KPIs for on-going operations and support fundraising
Manage the taxation and accounting reporting globally
Support leadership with innovating on new economic models

Aave is looking for:

Innovation-driven
Ability to make critical decisions
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with at least 5+ years' experience in executive leadership positions
Have 5+ previous experience of working in an FCA regulated business
Technically strong understanding in terms of controls and governance, international tax, corporate structures and compliance
Experience of working in companies that are partially VAT exempt would be useful
