Staff will be based at 1 of the Pennine Acute Hospitals within the Northern care Alliance. This includes North Manchester General, Royal Oldham Hospital, Rochdale Infirmary and Fairfield General Hospital.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Coder to join our team. We are looking for candidates with clinical coding experience across specialties in an acute setting and be willing to work towards gaining the National Clinical Coding Qualification (ACC). The post holder requires excellent communication skills, organisation skills and to be able to work as part of a team to deliver timely and accurate coded data to meet the Trusts deadlines.
The Coding Team is a skilled team with an excellent reputation that ensures complete and accurate coding of Trust activity. We have an in-house Training Team and an Audit Team to support you and help you advance through specialties.
While the candidate will have daily duties and responsibilities, the spectrum of work may be broad across the Department. Please refer to the job description for more details.
