As a Commercial Business Development Manager you will work as part of the collective effort with the commercial team and sales team to identify large 'Whale’ opportunities which can significantly change the trajectory of the company and help boost the speed at which we achieve our long-term goal.
Our Client is one of the top 3 manufacturers of fire door closers to the UK with the focus being on promoting life safety at every fire door which continues to make them stand out from the crowd. The key purpose of this position is to provide the business with 'eyes & ears’ in the market, connecting with new people and businesses every day to identify commercial opportunities. Once an opportunity is identified the commercial team would then be responsible to ensure that the opportunity is delivered. The ideal candidate would have worked as a Business Development Manager within the Firedoor Manufacturing industry and have a network of contacts which will help establish relevant sales opportunities.
