We have an opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team based at Lymington New Forest Hospital.
Working for the Commercial Support manager, you will manage and monitor compliance within PFI service parameters and contracted obligations, service quality and enhancement along with Health & Safety and environmental compliance. You will also have responsbility for training and staff development.
Responsibilities will include:
? Lead internal or external audits in cooperation with operational service leads as may be required
? Identify, mitigate and control commercial, operational or business risks by taking a risk-based approach to the management of Service Parameters and contracted operational compliance; identifying control measures and monitoring required actions, reporting on regular basis to senior management
? Identify areas of noncompliance or elevated risk of failure; planning and monitoring remedial actions within agreed timeframes and to agreed action plans in cooperation with service leads
? Develop and maintain a portfolio of documentation, audit records and other evidence as may be appropriate to confirm contract compliance
? Develop training programs as may be required to ensure that all personnel are able to perform their role safely, competently and efficiently.
? Identify staff skills gaps & recommend training based on these finding to senior management.
? Ensure that staff training both mandatory and statutory is up to date at any given time with the active management of the site Training Matrix
? Work with service supervisors and training personnel to deliver training to staff as agreed with the Contract Manager
? Work and liaise effectively with other OCS managers on and off site to identify service enhancements and best practice examples that can be introduced to the relevant contract(s) services.
? Identify, plan and assess the effectiveness of service enhancements and NWoW as part of a process of service improvements
Qualifications and Experience required:
? Experience of working in a healthcare environment
? Experience of working within a PFI contracted service provision arrangement
? Operational understanding of all Soft Service elements
? Experience in the management of change and continual improvement program
