About The Job
In this role you will be supporting our Highway and Transport directorate to ensure safe travel around the County.
Salary: £50,105 to £53,538 per annum.
Working: Pattern: Full-time, 37 hours per week.
Location: Chichester, hybrid working with expectation to come into office twice a week.
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual who can lead the service into the future with a focus on empowering and enabling your team of experts. You will support your line reports to maximise, build and develop their strengths.
In this role as Continuous Improvement Manager you will analyse, maintain, and improve organisational performance.
You will use a variety of skills, such as project management, leadership, visualisation and innovation to ensure performance and process development.
You will deliver and implement a wide range of proposals that will improve efficiency and innovation within this directorate.
You will be accountable for the delivery of specific projects that will drive performance and process improvements. Ensuring everyone is kept in the loop, you will advise stakeholders on the associated implications of proposed solutions, personally dealing with the most complex cases.
This role is within the Business Assurance Group (BAG) and will have 3-4 experienced managers reporting into it; the teams reporting will involve business analysis, communications, and performance management.
