Customer Engineering Coordinator Level 2 - Tachbrook Park, Warwick

The Customer Engineering team at Calor Gas are looking to recruit an engaging and proactive Customer Engineering Coordinator L2

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing workflow of new tank installations signed up by the Calor Sales team for designated national areas
  • Contacting customers to arrange installation dates
  • Arranging general service work for domestic and commercial customers
  • Arranging follow up work following emergency calls
  • Raising purchase orders for contractors attending work on behalf of Calor
  • Answering inbound calls to a dedicated phone line

As such we would like you to have/be:

  • Have excellent communication skills and care about the customer
  • Have a strong sense of ownership and take pride in your work
  • Be well organised and able to work under pressure
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have good IT system knowledge
