Job description:

Customer Service Co-ordinator

Full time, permanent

Salary - £27,000 per annum

Hybid working - Home and Lutterworth

Working hours: 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday, with weekend working on a rotational basis, hours 07:00 - 15:00 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hardworking Customer Service Coordinator to manage the day to day processing of customer accounts, with pro-active communication both internally & externally. Using exceptional communications skills, you will build collaborative relationships with our customer’s key supply chain contacts.

What you will be doing:

  • Effectively analyse orders, including idenditying demand fluctuation
  • Regularly liaising with stock team and bakery schedulers on availability
  • Pro-actively notify customers on order shorts and any other order queries and concerns
  • Developing effective, collaborative relationships with customers to agree on their data and support requirements
  • Active daily management of “promotions” and daily order trackers
  • Be aware of transport running schedules and ensure effective communications with transport and other internal functions, including our bakeries.

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience of working in a logistics/supply chain administrations role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally, SAP
  • Flexibility to work weekends is essential, as is the requirement to be in Lutterworth for part of the week
