Our global team has been on a journey this year to better align and partner with our global customer base, to become a trusted advisor and nurture ongoing customer relationships. Due to global expansion of our customer base, we are seeking a technically savvy Customer Success Manager to continue to develop new revenue streams from our existing customer base. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, this is an exciting role which will pave the way for our Customer Success offering by pioneering innovation across the following areas:
- Create policies and procedures that optimize the Re-Leased customer experience and ensure these are executed to achieve set targets. - Gather and communicate feedback from your customer base to ensure we are focussed on the voice of the customer and always improving the way we work. - Create a community based on customer engagement through value add initiatives for our customer base. - Act as a product expert and the face of Re-Leased for your customer base, understanding the market that we operate within. - Provide technical support to customers, as well as training as required, to increase engagement with the product and team. - Assist in planning and educating the customer, the best ways to utilize their software or products based on the customer’s business needs or business plans.
Our ideal candidate will: - Have 4+ years experience in a Customer Engagement role - Be an expert Relationship Manager - Have proptech, property industry or SaaS experience - Have a Bachelor of Commerce degree
