We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst (internally known as Client Account Data Analyst & Administrator - Amazon)to join us at our Head office in Morley. This role will provide critical data analyst and administrative support to the Amazon Account.

In this role as a member of the Amazon Account team you will own, create and maintain internal and external MI specific to projects led by the Amazon Contract Manager and Senior Business Development Manager to support ongoing continuous improvement objectives and ensure actions are delivered and complete by the agreed deadline to support the needs of the client.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first line of escalation to the client should the client be unsatisfied with the Client Support Team’s response or resolution and escalating enquiries to Amazon contract manager where necessary - Support all internal and external conference calls with Amazon by providing MI insight and minute management as directed by the Amazon Contract Manager and Senior Business Development Manager. - Provide proactive insight via the dashboard to Amazon on daily exception reporting Manage and produce the proactive daily exception reporting for Amazon and distribute to all relevant key stakeholders. and provide proactive insight about amazon volume for day (internal disruption log) - Support the weekly Customer Service (CS) call between Amazon and the Amazon Contract Manager by providing MI content relating to any project actions with feedback when required. - Manage the online communication portal between Amazon and Hermes (Relay) and take ownership of ad-hoc collection requests from start to completion including gaining approval with the planning, transport and hub teams and the communication between Hermes and Amazon. - Ensure end to end management of higher level escalations relating to transport issues ensuring that relevant Hermes departments are responding accordingly and within a timely manner to protect the client/customer experience - Manage the online Freight Management Console between Amazon and Hermes and ensure the truck schedule is extracted each week and provided in a timely manner to the Contract Manager by manipulating relevant data through a variety of reports through excel - Manage and maintain daily/weekly reports as directed and required by the Senior Business Development Manager to support weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews. - Make proactive recommendations to improve the client and customer experience sometimes taking the lead on service improvements as directed by the Senior Business Development Manager
Essential skills and experience required:
- Previous Data Analytics experience gained in a similar role for a fast paced organisation where you were producing and presenting meaningful insight to a varied audience - Confident using Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, lookups, advanced formula and structuring arguments that require multiple data-sets such as forecasts for example) and you’ll be able to demonstrate this via a short excel test - Excellent verbal and written communications skills, you'll be able to turn complex data into something simple and user friendly for non-technical audiences through MI reports and dashboards - A real self-starter, you’ll manage your own time and workload with ease holding yourself accountable to stretching targets
Desirable skills and experience required:
- Any experience or understanding of Hermes or the parcels industry is great but not essential
