Location: Reading (with some flexibility for hybrid or remote working)

c. £45,000 per annum

These are exciting times at Education Development Trust. Having secured a number of important new programmes in recent months to support schools and teachers around England, we are seeking a Data & Reporting Manager to play a key role in ensuring our UK programmes are data and insight driven.

As Data & Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for developing and running regular analysis and reporting that will be used by the UK Education Services programmes. This will involve creating and maintain processes for reporting on retention, engagement, satisfaction and other relevant data as required by programmes. You will build dashboards, undertake analysis and ensure that underlying data is robust and accurate. You will work with a variety of stakeholders, providing leadership and delivery teams with data driven insights that enable them to make effective programmatic and strategic decisions.

This role would suit someone who has a deep understanding of M&E methods, analysis, systems, and processes. We are looking for someone who has experience of designing and delivering evaluations of education programmes, and producing comprehensive, high quality research reports that can be presented to a range of both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are looking for someone to join the team as soon as possible.
