Main duties and responsibilities of the job (job description); - To be responsible for the e-commerce partner and marketplace accounts, in order to maximise sales, profitability and growth in line with the Company’s agreed business objectives - Through the evaluation of customer analytics, share insight with the marketing team on future growth opportunities. - Evaluation of all e-commerce's activities and making recommendations for future improvements to the e-commerce strategy. - Ensuring the smooth running of the critical path through the whole order cycle and resolving any issues as quickly as possible to optimise sales on site - Analysing competitors and remaining competitive with the pricing structure. - Delivering lean and strategic stock management to meet the optimised stock level - Maintaining and updating all documentation regarding product information and attributes. - Setting up pricing rules for before and after seasonal promotions
Skills, qualifications and experience needed; - Experienced in optimising online product merchandising, using agency partners or tools for local language planning and execution. - Expert in using analytics to improve channel performance. - Prior to day-to-day experience in developing and managing successful channel/customer-specific marketing campaigns. - Fully experienced in P&L management. - Well versed in all aspects of E-commerce partner management, KPI setting and evaluation, forecasting and promotional planning. - Marketing experience in both B2C and B2B Channels. - Korean and English language skills, both written and verbal are very essential for this role - Relevant work experience (at least 2yrs) - Be an expert in developing commercial web pages and a track record of improving online sales performance, conversion and minimising customer drop-off. - Be a strong team manager and have experience of managing previously - Have a full understanding of up to date retail in the Korean luxury market. - Be a self-starter, be able to work at a fast pace and adapt to every changing retail environment - Be able to deal with all the requests from our individual customers in Korea.
