We are looking for an eLearning Development Manager to join our growing eLearning team. This is a new role designed to drive the development, production, marketing and delivery of new eLearning content and blended courses in consultation with key stakeholders.

The eLearning Development Manager will project manage new eLearning initiatives from inception to launch and ensure they deliver financial targets when appropriate, as well as producing content in collaboration with subject matter experts and the wider eLearning team. In addition, they will manage the delivery of webinars in collaboration with the Events team.

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual with a strong background in eLearning content development and project management, in addition to an interest in or experience of marketing and events.

The successful candidate will be a confident team player with great interpersonal and communication skills. In return you will have the opportunity to lead on a range of new initiatives and have the chance to shape and develop our eLearning materials to support psychiatrists in delivering better outcomes in mental healthcare.
