Location: Remote with travel to site.

We are looking for an Electrical Manager to support and carry out the duties of an electrical technician and manage the wider electrical team.

Areas of the job include:

• Manage and supervise the wider Electrical team.
• Provide technical assistance to G2 site Project Team
• Understanding of electrical installation designs
• Install all types of commonly used wiring and wiring accessories.
• Electrical installations both single phase and three phase.
• Carry out mechanical fitting and assembling works relevant to HV switchgear, and machine or fabricate parts for such equipment. For example: Multicore cabling, Tray work, Conduit etc
• Install meters, instruments, relays, and protection equipment.
• Install earthing for containerised sub stations.
• Inspect, test, commission and maintain electrical installation and equipment.
• Correctly instruct, supervise, and transfer skill to any apprentice and semi-skilled worker assigned to him to ensure safety and quality of work.

• Electrical installations Level 3
• City & Guilds electrical qualification / Electrical apprentice trained.
• Possess experience in electrical wiring and assembly.
• Self-motivated with excellent communications skills
• Full driving licence and ability to travel on a national basis if required.
