Becoming an Enterprise Service Architect with Smart DCC:



Fantastic opportunity to secure an initial 6 months contract as an Enterprise Service Architect for Smart DCC. The Enterprise Service Architect will ensure that DCC operates cutting edge, innovative, value driven services that meet the business needs. This includes the incorporation of new Service Providers, new services to support both internal and external customers along with updating existing services to ensure they remain fit for leading edge.



What you’ll be doing:



·      Contribute to a Centre of Excellence for DCC Ecosystem Service & Process Designs


·      Identification of Service risks in contract clauses and recommendation as to how to best resolve issues


·      The translation of requirements and obligations into a E-2-E output that describes the scope of services, delivery model, people, processes, Service Level Agreements and supporting Operational Level Agreements 


·      Build a methodology that adds value, innovation and confidence to the business


·      Responsible for all Enterprise level Service Designs & Processes along with all supporting documentation


·      Accountable for designing user interfaces and ensuring they flow through to efficient support processes, either human or automated



What we’re looking for:


  • Extensive experience in designing E-2-E services, developing and implementing sustainable and scale-able service management processes and procedures from scratch
  • Experience in selecting and applying service management principles, policies and techniques in the definition of Service Designs in operational environments
  • Customer focused with ability to identify and understand and deliver to the (internal and/or external) customer's needs
  • Displays a high degree of knowledge relating to service management and ITSM toolsets
  • Strong vendor management experience and understanding 3rd party support contracts, proven ability to manage ambiguity, conflict and prioritisation
  • Creative problem solving and analysis skills with an ability to identify service gaps and develop and implement solutions meeting the needs of the business
  • Strong background in the Design of Managed Services and Enterprise solution technology and services
  • Able to convey complex messages and concepts to a broad audience of non-technical and technical groups
