Bath& North East Somerset Council is looking for an Estates Surveyor. The role will entail general property management functions to include: rent reviews and lease renewals; landlord’s consent applications; breaches of covenant and other property management related matters.
In addition to being 'hands on’ with his/her own casework the successful candidate will be expected to work as part of a team and to be committed to achieving departmental targets.
