Estates Surveyor
Salary £38,296 - £41,496 pa - plus Market Supplement of up to £5,000, depending upon experience (£19.85 - £21.51 per hour)
Based Keynsham, Somerset
Bath& North East Somerset Council is looking for an Estates Surveyor. The role will entail general property management functions to include: rent reviews and lease renewals; landlord’s consent applications; breaches of covenant and other property management related matters.
In addition to being 'hands on’ with his/her own casework the successful candidate will be expected to work as part of a team and to be committed to achieving departmental targets. In return for the above, there is a generous salary and holiday entitlement. The Council offers flexible working arrangements and hybrid opportunities.
