The Position
Reporting to the General Manager, the role of Events Coordinator is to provide an excellent customer journey to our guests, hosting private dining events in our unique spaces.
Duties include:
* Providing administrative assistance to the Sales & Events Executive/Manager, assisting with contracts, function sheets, and office administration
* Create, develop and maintain strong engaging relationships with local businesses, clients and other potential customers, retaining custom across the group and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Ensure the smooth running of events and private hires.
* Co-ordinate the booking process from conversion and pro-actively obtain information required ahead of event to build into event function sheets.
* Occasional weekend work required
* Support the team to attend meeting briefings where necessary.
* Ensuring all departments have correct information on function sheets.
* Take a pro-active approach to problem solving and challenges, be able to work in a fast paced environment.
* Ensuring that all opportunities are maximised, and targets achieved.
