We’re recruiting for a motivated Events Executive to deliver and co-ordinate onsite and digital event experiences that truly engages employees of our large corporate clients with their AXA PPP healthcare health and wellbeing services.
This is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract in our Marketing and Communications Team. The role will be a hybrid office/home working set up as lockdown restrictions evolve when you’ll be based in our modern Tunbridge Wells office. When restrictions allow, you can expect to travel frequently (including some overnight stays).
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be focused on supporting corporate client retention, adding value to and strengthening these relationships through co-ordinating and delivering onsite and digital activity for example, benefit fairs, employee presentations and webinars.
You’ll plan and develop onsite and digital marketing activity to meet business objectives. You’ll design, analyse and summarise post event analysis, identifying success and opportunities for change.
You’ll be a confident presenter with the ability to capture an audience’s attention.
You’ll build close working relationships with key stakeholders from across the business
Everything you do will need to be managed on time and on budget. There’ll be a chance to get involved with ad hoc support and projects within the wider team.
You’ll have a thorough knowledge of AXA PPP healthcare's products and services and keep this regularly updated to ensure accurate communications to clients and their employees.

Pay and Bonus
We carefully consider our pay levels and carry out a review each year so you are paid fairly for what you do. When AXA does well, we share in its success and all employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus payment each year, dependant on individual and company performance.

Work life balance is important. Our holiday entitlements start at a minimum of 22 days (plus bank holidays) dependent on the business area or the role, increasing up to 28 days (plus bank holidays) with length of service. Depending on which part of AXA you work in, there’s also flexibility to buy up to five additional days or sell up to three days, helping you to achieve the right balance for you.
