Experienced Social Workers - Ongoing Support Team - Trowbridge Area
We are looking for experienced Social Workers to join our Ongoing Support Team in Chippenham, Wiltshire.
The Ongoing Support Teams are locality based and offer social work and occupational therapy services to those who require longer term social care support. The teams help those most in need by listening and responding to the specific needs of individuals. They work alongside people to identify what is important to them and support our customers to make a plan to improve things that aren’t going so well so that they can live the life they want to.
We work with health partners to help people before they reach crisis point. We focus on identifying existing individual, family and community support, ensuring that people can live independently for as long as possible.
You must be a qualified Social Worker with 2 Years post qualifying experience (for experienced post)
You will registered with Social Work England.
You will be passionate about the delivery of high-quality customer centric services
