We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to lead the team who provide a fully integrated and efficient FM service to a large PFI contract. You’ll be responsible for making sure that the service is delivered in line with agreed budgets and standards, whilst monitoring and reporting on the quality and financial performance of the service.
This is a busy role, where no two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone who can deal with shifting priorities and work at pace. You’ll also be someone who can think strategically, be an excellent leader of people, and be able to offer our client innovation in service delivery.
The salary is £42,260 + £3960 car allowance
