About the role

As a ResidentialSales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales and raising awareness in Hyperopticservice-connected buildings and will be the face and voice of our brand to potential customers.

You will conduct face-to-face selling of Hyperopticservice, taking all necessary steps to maximise the opportunity of the sales visit, delivering promotionalmaterials, building rapport with residents, representing the company at events at residents' meetings, educatingcustomers about our products and collecting customers' feedback.

What will you be doing?

• Meet or exceed sales targets and increase sales conversion rate
• Make sure a schedule of visits are completed on daily basis
• Maximize potential of every interactionwith potential customer
• Act as brand ambassador of the company
• Demonstrate company values in every interactionwithcustomers
• Present benefits of ourservice in a clear and understandable way
• Promote Hyperoptic product and service advantages
• Collect customers' feedback about our brand, product, pricing, competitors influence, promotions

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated good academic record
• Experience working in a sales role
• Experience of explaining a service or product to customers to deliver a sale, tailoring your approach to match the prospects needs
• Experience with complaint/feedback handling
• Highly motivated, energeticsales person who loves selling and who is up for a challenge
• Ambitious and comfortablewith targets
