Robert Half Financial Services are recruiting a Financial Controller to join a large, international fin-tech firm in London's west end. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests as and when they come up. They will be responsible for the financial health of UK operations, guiding senior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term, and leading a small team of finance colleagues.
The Person
The successful Finance Manager will be a ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified or qualified by experience (QBE) finance professional with several years of experience. The Finance Manager must come form a large, international and complex business and must have managed people. A financial services background would be most ideal, however this is not absolutely essential.
The Firm
My client is a large, global fin-tech firm based in London's west end. The Finance team is comprised of five people in London with a hand full of colleagues across Europe.
Salary & Benefits
The Finance Manager for this global fin tech firm based in the west end, will receive a salary of £65,000-£75,000 (highly dependent on experience), plus a discretionary bonus and benefits package.
