finance system manager

Reporting to Head of Finance the Finance System Manager will implement and manage Unit 4 ERP as a fully-integrated Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) ERP solution supporting Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, and Planning processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead full project lifecycle of Unit 4 ERP SaaS system implementation working proactively with Unit 4, IT technical teams, and finance managers.

• Administer, support, and develop the system with in-depth knowledge of the technical design and architecture creating effective and efficient solutions for users.

• Control and administer the chart of accounts, data, and user access controls.

• Analyse finance business requirements to support the effective delivery of technical solutions.

• Ensure the integrity of the accounting data and compliance with the financial control framework.

• Train end users on the finance modules of the systems.

Other Duties

• Cooperate and support senior Management offices and other departments such as HR for integration, projects, and processes.

• Liaise with finance managers to run GBS finance operations smoothly with accurate and timely payments.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills.

• At least 5-year working experience in medium to large organizations.

• Up to date knowledge of the Unit 4 ERP with experience of leading projects.

• A high degree of computer literacy with strong analytical and problem-solving.

• Finance and accounting-related degree is a must.

• At least part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
