Financial Planning & Analysis Manager | Central London | Marketing | £60-65,000 base

A small growing international digital marketing agency are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. This Financial Planning & Analysis Manager role is a very hands on position and will take ownership of all aspects of the groups financial analysis, budgeting and financial models. The FP&A Manager will report to the CFO and will play a key role in supporting the growth of the business. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an exciting, growing organisation and grow with the organisation.

Alongside running all the core FP&A processes, the FP&A Manager will be heavily involved in the supporting the CFO with strategic initiatives. In addition, this individual will be expected to drive continuous process improvements and work closely with the CFO to shape the future of finance within the organisation. The FP&A Manager will take ownership of company financial models and seek to improve them as well as build new models to drive greater insight. Therefore very strong Excel skills are essential.

This individual will need to be hands on and willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. Therefore prior experience of working within smaller or mid sized organisation and an appreciation of the differences that come with that environment would be hugely advantageous.

The ideal profile would be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a similar role. Prior exposure to marketing, advertising, media or tech would be a benefit but not essential. The CFO is simply looking for someone with a great attitude and a good all round skill set.
