Senior Financial Accountant

£55,000 - £ 65,000

Cobalt is currently supporting a leading Real Estate company in their search for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team.

This business is looking to hire a Financial Accountant on an initial contract to lead the production of monthly, financial and regulatory reporting and consolidations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS/ UK GAAP
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts
  • Producing UK VAT returns
  • Investor reporting
  • Calculating management and performance fees
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors

Requirements:

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Organised individual
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS
  • Strong Excel skills
