front office investment data analyst

Leading, top tier Asset Manager looking to grow their Front Office Data team with a conscientious Front Office Investment Data Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise your existing operational skillset in an environment where Front Office is the client.
• Support the team to lead the market/index/reference data strategy for the business.
• Work on Equity and Fixed Income analytics preceding portfolio decision making.
• Interact with PMs / Front Office on a daily basis, influencing why decisions should be made in relation to the data.

Required:

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant professional experience in the investments/finance industry with a knowledge of Middle Office, Data Management, and Investment Operations.
• Secure judgment abilities and the ability to analyse problems and make quality decisions under pressure.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working proficiency in VBA, SQL and/or Python.

Location: London

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 with generous bonus scheme
