You will be a member of the central L&D team aiming to support the business transformation of AXA by empowering employees to take ownership on their own development and by promoting and encouraging new ways of learning.
What does your day look like …?
Global key contact and community manager of the L&D community all over the world (more than 100 stakeholders)
Coordinating efforts on training delivery for global programs
Global administrator of learning tools such as learning management tool, authoring tool, remote coaching platform etc, managing the community of users, following up and reporting on tools usage
Global administrator for our Learning Management System Yes Learning:
Managing all central issues relevant to the platform in cooperation with the Group Learning Management System (LMS) team,
Managing access rights,
Uploading global content and user guides
Managing maintenance of content
Deploying digital learning campaigns and supporting entities on implementation
Building communication toolkits and support material for the various global programs: such as excel files, deployment guides in PowerPoint, email communication, platform customisation, etc…
Conducting reporting on global L&D KPI’s
Coordinating and monitoring the delivery of global mandatory programs on topics such as data privacy awareness security awareness
You are passionate about organising and coordinating effective training solutions for diverse groups of individuals, ensuring that the trainees are kept engaged and interested.
. You can effectively prioritise your workload and handle pressure, interruptions and multiple projects at the same time.
You are analytical, digitally savvy and can think outside the box. This role offers great exposure to both regional and global teams and you will need to have excellent communication skills, and be able to interact with international colleagues in a positive and credible manner.
You are influential and autonomous with the willingness to take the initiative, find solutions and obtain consensus. You thrive working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deliver excellent work and communications across a broad spectrum of people.

Pay and Bonus
We carefully consider our pay levels and carry out a review each year so you are paid fairly for what you do. When AXA does well, we share in its success and all employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus payment each year, dependant on individual and company performance.

We want to help you actively plan for a financially healthy retirement, so we offer a Defined Contribution Pension Scheme. This means that we contribute to your pension fund depending on the amount you choose to pay in.
Work life balance is important. Our holiday entitlements start at a minimum of 22 days (plus bank holidays) dependent on the business area or the role, increasing up to 28 days (plus bank holidays) with length of service. Depending on which part of AXA you work in, there’s also flexibility to buy up to five additional days or sell up to three days, helping you to achieve the right balance for you.
