Your new role

  • Administration activities across the full recruitment cycle including Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administration, candidate sourcing, candidate selection, interview scheduling, recruitment agency liaison, candidate feedback, referencing and offer administration
  • Working with the Marketing team to promote job opportunities and careers at Exponential-e Group

What you’ll need to succeed

  • We are looking for either a Graduate (2:1 or above) or a candidate with Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with staff at all levels
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads with competing priorities
