The Position
We are currently looking to recruit a Head of Property with vast experience in the property management field. This role sits within the in-house property management department at the group and will be reporting to Director of Property. The Head of Property will be directly and indirectly responsible for circa. 20 members of staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Property Management team consisting of Senior Property Managers, Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Property Administrators and Resident Services. As well as heading up the Property Management team, the Head of Property will work closely with the Director and the Head of Finance on wider departmental strategy and business development as well as other divisions of the group for the purposes of pre-completion scheme service charge estimation and site mobilisation.
