Location - HOME BASED


Salary - £70,000 - £75,000

About the role:


Your role will be responsible for Ensuring service partners deliver quality and compliance to contract requirements. Ensuring Capita meets required contractual and quality standards, and all other legislative and regulatory compliance. Providing leadership to the Quality and Compliance team and establish a risk management culture across the whole contract.


What you'll be doing:


 • Quickly articulate and develop appropriate systems, processes, policies and frameworks to ensure successful implementation and delivery
• Incept and maintain a compliance plan
• Design, develop, implement and review QA and compliance tools and techniques
• Once the service is operational - oversee appropriate engagements to provide assurance service provision is of the highest quality, and is compliant with statutory, regulatory and contractual obligations
• Foster excellent working relationships with appropriate client functions and personnel
• Project manage and facilitate any external audit activity (for example the client's assurance or compliance teams)
• Maintain knowledge of developments within the industry and benchmark services against other operations
• Adhere to the company Security Policy and resolve any breaches accordingly


What we're looking for:


 • First class people engagement skills
• Previous experience of leading compliance and assurance activity
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of management information
• Experience of using data or evidence to draw clear conclusions
• Competent in using IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills; able to influence up to Executive level
• Proven track record of building and developing teams
• Able to work under significant pressure and to tight deadlines
• A highly motivated and driven individual
• Ability to travel when appropriate


Desirable:


 • Applicable qualification (e.g. IIA, ISO9001 auditor etc.) or currently working towards
• Knowledge of the principles of Information Security and Governance
• Past experience of assuring large government contracts
• Good understanding of the employability / welfare to work sector
• Intermediate / Advanced level Excel skills
