The Head of Service will be accountable for the overall achievement of the relevant service, meeting all set objectives by designing, developing and implementing a wide range of policies and plans and approving a significant range of formulated policies and business strategies in the relevant service.
Able to operate effectively in a highly pressurised and politically sensitive environment, you will work closely with other Heads of Service and senior leaders in CYPL to understand the journey or experience of children and their families as they move through the system, ensuring that they receive the right help at the right time and have access to the best outcomes possible.
