We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to fill the role of ICF Business Engagement and Development Manager within the ICF (Intelligent Client Function) team. This is an opportunity to operate at the heart of our mission to foster strong engagement and collaboration between the ICF and various Council departments. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, with a specific focus on optimising ERP system use. It's a unique chance to take on a key role in Surrey County Council's transformational journey.
The team
The ICF is a new team established by the Council to drive meaningful transformation through optimising ERP system use, ensuring it becomes a powerful tool to drive efficiency and collaboration. The ICF Business Engagement and Development Manager will hold a management position, and by nature of the role will be required to create and foster productive and positive relationships across the organisation. You will have ample opportunity to nurture, manage, and develop talent within the ICF to realise the overarching objective of optimising ERP solutions for the Council in the long term.

Work location
The ICF Business Engagement and Development Manager position is a hybrid role, with a requirement to be on site at either Dakota, Weybridge and/or Reigate, Woodhatch Place as and when required.
About the role
Forge strong relationships: Forge and nurture robust relationships with departments, serving as the primary link between ICF and internal stakeholders for ERP-related matters
Identify improvement opportunities: Collaborate and engage with departments to assess their needs, challenges, and areas where ERP systems can be enhanced and optimised to deliver value.
Alignment and consensus: Facilitate alignment and consensus among stakeholders regarding ERP related project priorities, scope, and desired outcomes.
About you
As the ICF Business Engagement and Development Manager, you will possess outstanding communication and collaboration skills to connect teams within the Council. You will also have exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities, with an eye for identifying opportunities and shaping strategic initiatives. The role requires a proactive professional with a strategic mindset, who can foster collaboration and drive improvement in a dynamic environment.
