We are a global sales outsourcing agency specialising in offering multilingual inside sales on demand. Our clients are ambitious, successful blue chip tech vendors who are changing the way the world works through innovation.

The Role:


This is a senior position and will oversee the entire BDR / SDR teams strategically directing them to ensure we deliver across 100% of our client portfolio. You will also have several direct reports reporting into you weekly to feedback on team and individual performance.


You will be responsible for:

  • Training, development and ultimately the results of the BDR teams
  • Improving the productivity of each team of reps
  • Ensuring gamification and company wide incentives encourage performance
  • Continually driving best practice and ensuring the teams are working effectively as possible with all tools at their disposal
  • Onboarding and career development involvement, making sure we continue to have a leading global sales team
  • Running and developing team training that is engaging and effective
  • Working closely with the Leadership and Client Success teams

Ultimately you will be measured on ensuring 100% of our clients have their targets met month by month and that the team are performing against their KPIs.


Key attributes, skills and Experiences:

  • Experience in senior managerial sales positions
  • Proven track record at managing a sales teams
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Great communicator, positive energy and ability to motivate and inspire
  • Organised, excellent attention to detail and focused on getting things done
  • Strategic thinker who is also willing to roll their sleeves up
