We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Chippenham. As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for managing and implementing continuous improvements to our operating systems and IT infrastructure. You will help leverage the latest tech to drive efficiency and give our client the competitive edge over competition in both customer service and efficiency. This will be very much of a project role getting involved in varied workload around system implementation/upgrades, cyber security and general infrastructure/network duties in an all encompassing IT role. Responsibilities:

• Building and developing M365 corporate governance and best practice including managing user adoption and training.
• Ensuring all users personal devices are on the latest operating systems (Windows 11) and using the latest software (M365).
• Implementing MFA access to all systems across the business.
• Integrating systems, such as Salesforce, throughout the company.
• Working with our MSP to ensure the highest level of Cyber Security including getting and maintaining Cyber Essentials Plus.
• Running regular tests and training workshops across the business to ensure all users are Cyber Aware.
• Scoping, reviewing, investigating and implementing an ERP system upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2015 En Prem (with customisations).
• Developing, managing and maintaining Hubspot CRM user access, reporting, customisations and integration with other system.
• Implementation and management of third-party EDI integrations (customer and third-party warehouse integrations).
• Scoping, investigating and implementing a customer web portal within budget and timeframe.
• Web / ERP integration for stock and order management.
• Building and managing company-wide reporting including developing Power BI.
• Managing various third-party IT support partners including reviewing partners as necessary.
• Ad hoc 1st level IT support before escalating to MSP or other support partners.
• Helping with staff IT set up such as laptops and access to servers.
• Supporting the set up of the new digital phone system.
• Potential to help with the running of the website.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• High level of project management skills, including project scoping, mapping, stakeholder management and budget and timeframe management.
• Ability to identify and demonstrate ROI.
• Must be tenacious in follow up with the ability to maintain a relationship but hold key stakeholders to account, especially third-party service providers.
• Process minded with the ability to map out and simplify processes.
• In depth, up to date knowledge of IT, including M365 suite, en-prem and cloud server infrastructure and network infrastructure required.
• Knowledge of Dynamics Nav/Business Central and Hubspot desired.
• Desire to remain constantly up to date with the evolution of tech and translate that into benefits and efficiencies
