A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Advisor as we invest a substantial budget and commitment into the learning and development of our workforce. You could take on this key role in helping us make a real impact with the learning and development offer in our Charity.
You will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of our learning and development activities within the Charity. Reporting to an HR Manager, you will work closely with the HR Leadership team and departmental managers across the 6 palaces, identifying the learning and development needs and priorities and how they are best met. This will include the design and delivery of learning and development programmes, using a range of different methodologies and styles to suit the needs of the audience, liaising with internal and external experts and training providers where appropriate, optimising our Learning Management System, and ensuring a fit for purpose system of monitoring, reviewing and evaluation.
You will be proactive in your approach to talent development. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, working with all job roles and levels, and contribute to the learning and development programme each year.
As a self-motivated individual, you will enjoy the challenge of using your initiative to prioritise and plan for the demands of a heavy workload within a fast-paced and changing environment.

To be successful in this role you will already have significant experience of coordinating, designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development programmes. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills as well as good analytical and organisational skills.
