Kingspan has an exciting opportunity available for a Learning & Development Advisor to join the team based in Pembridge. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.

We are experiencing significant growth right now and this is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to join a global leading business and play a key role in our L&D function.   

As the Learning & Development Advisor, you will focus on planning, designing and delivering training across all functions, and managing the outputs of evaluation processes to ensure organisational objectives are achieved. This Role can be based at any Kingspan Insulation Site, GB&I.

Key responsibilities of our Learning & Development Advisor:

  • Contributing to the development and delivery of the Kingspan Insulation learning and development strategy
  • Working with stakeholders across all functions to develop learning pathways to ensure effective technical skills are in place in all roles
  • Virtual and in-person delivery of training across all Great Britain & Ireland sites, in support of soft skills development, technical training and management skills
  • Supporting teams across the business with the maintenance of training records and matrices to ensure compliance with internal and external measures e.g., ISO37301
  • Delivering and monitoring evaluation reports to ensure effective training delivery and return on investment
  • Developing and maintaining reports and delivering against key training metrics as dictated by training programme requirements
  • Building effective working relationships with stakeholders from across the business to ensure delivered solutions are fit for purpose
  • Supporting wider HR team development activity
  • Focus on personal development and maintaining awareness new L&D approaches to ensure that the team is continually driving for increased performance

What we're looking for in our Learning & Development Advisor:

As the successful candidate, you will have experience of supporting a Manufacturing environment, with responsibility for development across a wide variety of functions. You will be given the autonomy to challenge the status quo and drive resilient learning solutions

  • Experience in creating and publishing training materials
  • Sound knowledge of practical learning and development principles and an awareness of current best practice and implementation
  • Experience of working with various IT programs MS Office
  • Has knowledge and experience in e-learning content authoring
  • Able to build relationships across all levels of the business
  • Excellent planning, organisation and administration skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities
  • Team focused with a desire to work collaboratively to achieve shared goals and improve processes
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Full driving licence, and happy to travel to different sites
