maintenance assistant

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant to provide day to day building services maintenance and repairs.

You will support existing teams on site, making sure that assets are maintained, and keep documented evidence that the maintenance has been carried out.

This is a great opporunity to join a busy team. Uniform will be provided, and you'll get free parking on site.

Main Duties:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
• To ensure Health and Safety compliance on the sites.
• Making sure services are carried out in accordance with the specification and company standards.
• Making sure all sub-contractors are monitored effectively
• Making sure the worked carreid out is quality and to standard
• Liaise and actively work with internal and external service delivery teams to ensure consistency of service delivery and compliance of KPI's.
• Follow and observe site rules and procedures
• Interact with building tenants and update Facilities Managers on issues
• Support the Hard Services manager with his day to day role

To be successful in the role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a maintenance technicial role
• Proven track record of Maintenance and Repairs, Hard Services PPM
